The students of Sanat Kumar Prak-Prathamik/Pre-Primary School and the older children belonging to the Shiksha Samsad of Kalyan Sangha regularly participate in many cultural events each year.
Students and teachers of Sanat Kumar Prak-Prathamik/Pre-Primary School along with the members and friends of Kalyan Sangha mark the birthday of Late Shri Chandra Prakash Tibrewal on January 23rd, 2016 with a cultural programme.
The Republic Day of India is celebrated each year, with flag hoisting, speeches, songs and poems. All the students and teachers of the school and the members and friends of Kalyan Sangha participate in the celebration.
The festival of holi is celebrated at Kalyan Sangha with much enthusiasm every year. The older students of Shiksha Samsad term edit ‘Palash Parbon’(The festival of Palash flower, named after the flower Palash, a native to Western districts of West Bengal including Bankura, which blooms during the spring). A cultural programme is organized and participated by the school and Shiksha Samsad children.
